KPL Side KCB have reinforced their squad heading to the new season with the club confirming three new signings.
The Bankers have landed the services of former Sofapaka Captain Stephen Waruru. The former Ulinzi Stars man has signed a two-year deal with KCB.
KCB have also landed the services of former Gor Mahia defender Pascal Ogweno.
Ogweno was among the players released by Kogallo a fortnight ago. He had been linked with a move to Tusker FC but has now found a new home at KCB signing a two-year deal.
Kisumu AllStar’s Central Defender Moses Odhiambo complete’s the list of the latest arrivals at KCB. Odhiambo who was reportedly on his way to Western Stima has also signed a two year deal at KCB.
“We have signed Waruru, Ogweno, and Odhiambo. They are all good players and I am confident that they will boost the team and help us achieve the targets we’ve set for the team next season,” said KCB manager Bamwel Simiyu as quoted by Opera News.
KCB are out to improve on last season’s top 10 finish. The team would later part ways with head coach Frank Ouna with his place taken by former Gor Mahia Assistant Coach Zedekiah Otieno.
Before signing the trio, KCB had already confirmed the arrivals of Ian Motanda from Kisumu AllStars and Steven Onyango from Fortune Sacco.
