The Sports Disputes Tribunal has temporarily reinstated Zoo Kericho to the FKF Premier League pending the hearing and determination of a case the club had filed against Football Kenya Federation.

The tribunal issued the order on Thursday, directing FKF to not only reinstate Zoo to the League but also revoking the federation’s move to terminate the contract of Zoo FC players.

“Conservatory orders are hereby issued staying the decision of the respondent’s (FKF) National Executive Committee of 9th December 2020, suspending the petitioner from all footballing activities for failing to endorse the Media Rights and Commerical Rights Agreement between the Respondent and Startimes Media,” reads part of the order sent to FKF.

The case wil be heard on Tuesday next week for further directions.
