A mouthwatering London derby is on cards in the 139th FA Cup final pitting Arsenal from North of the capital and Chelsea from West. Both sides overcame tricky opponents in the semis to book their place at Wembley. Spirited Gunners run out 2-0 victors over Manchester City while The Blues overcame an in-form Manchester United 3-1.

A win for the Gunners would mean that they not only lift the cup for a record 14th time but book their place in the Europa League group stages. Chelsea will be itching to cap off their campaign with a trophy after already securing their place in next season’s UEFA Champions League.

Shkodran Mustafi is the latest entrant into the Arsenal treatment room after injuring his hamstring in the 2-0 win over Manchester city. Bernd Leno has recently returned to training but this game comes too son for him.Pablo Mari, Gabriel Martinelli, and Calum Chambers are all long-term absentees. Mateo Guendouzi and Mesut Ozil will not make the match day squad after being exiled from the first team. 

Youngster Billy Gilamour is a long-term absentee after undergoing surgery. Chelsea may have N’golo Kante back for the fixture after he trained with the team this week.

Pierre Emerick Aubameyang has been lethal since his arrival in England. His brace against gunned down Manchester City in the semi-finals. He has scored 27 goals in all competitions.
