Gor Mahia have confirmed the signing of striker Dickson Raila.
Raila has put pen to paper on a four-year deal with the reigning champions and becomes the last player to join the green camp ahead of the new season.
Raila previously featured for Masawa FC a lower division side from Kisumu.
Together with the likes of Benson Omalla, Nicholas Kipkirui, Clinton Okoth and Burundian Jules Ulimwengu, he will be tasked with getting the goals for Gor as they seek to lift the League title and perform well in the CAF Champions League.
Gor’s chairman Ambrose Rachier believes that his side has done well in the transfer market and is ready to hit the ground running.
“We are done with the exercise of signing new players and that means, Dickson Raila is the last player to be ropped into the squad. We believe we have done our best to get the necessary players,” he said.
K’Ogallo have already resumed training while adhering to covid 19 protocols set by the ministry of sports.
The team started light training sessions in small groups last week as it waits for further directive from the government on the complete resumption of contact sports .
