“I haven’t signed yet but the negotiations are progressing well. We are 95 percent done and I’m waiting to pen the deal,” he said. “It’s a joy(to play with Meddie Kagere). I played with him at Gor and he’s a good striker and I think playing with him at Simba will be a motivating factor,” Said Kahata.
Well, Simba have finally got the player they have been eyeing for a while now.
Reports indicate that Kahata will pocket a sign on fee of Ksh. 4 million. He will also pocket Ksh. 350,000 in monthly remuneration plus a fully furnished house.
While at Gor Mahia, Kahata won the Premier League 3 times and was voted the best midfielder in the KPL two times.
He was also Kogallo’s best player for the 2018/2019 season.
