Kenyans seem divided on who is to blame for the current woes facing national team Harambee Stars. This comes in the wake of the team’s loss to the Taifa Stars of Tanzania on Sunday during a CHAN qualifier match held at the Kasarani Stadium.

After a barren draw in regular minutes, the two had to be separated through spot-kicks with the visitors emerging victorious. Tanzania hit Kenya 4-1 with veteran goalkeeper Juma Kaseja saving Michael Kibwage’s spot kick as Joash Onyango sent the ball over the bar.

Tanzania scored all their spot kicks with only Clifton Miheso managing to find the back of the net for Kenya.

The latest setback in the Kenyan football scene comes just a few weeks after Harambee Stars suffered a humiliating exit at the group stages of the Africa Cup of Nations.

Perhaps what has angered Kenyans is the much hope they vested in coach Sebastian Migne, who took over the reigns of power n 3 May 2018.

A number of Kenyans saw Migne as the saviour they needed to help revive Kenyan football.

This has however not been the case with a section of football fans calling on FKF to sho Migne the door. Some have however argued that Migne is not the problem and that the FKF and Kenyan players are to blame.

A section of fans have also blamed Migne for not understanding Kenyan football while others criticize players for being irresponsible during the matches.

The latest reactions by Kenyan Fans come at a time when coach Migne has insisted that he has given his best to the National team and is here to stay.

The Coach has said that sacking him is not the way to go since it will be an expensive venture for FKF.

Here are the opinions of a section of fans;
