KPL Moneybags have continued with their spending spree in the current transfer window with the club roping in defenders Abouba Sibomana and Karim Nizigiyimana.
The duo have past Kenya Premier League experience with champions Gor Mahia.
Sibomana,a Rwandese International is a left back while Nizigiyimana, a Burundi International is a right back.
Speaking after signing for Wazito, Nizigiyimana affirmed that he still got energy to terrorize opponents in his wing and bring the killer passes. “I will play as I have always played with my heart for Wazito”, he roared.
On the other hand, Sibomana who joins from military side APR sees Wazito as the new challenge in his professional career, something he is looking forward to surmount.
He admitted that he knows the squad is competitive and that he is driven by the ambitions the club has.
Wazito FC Sporting Director Solomon Alubala has been a busy man scouting both young and experienced talents to join the team and boost it’s chances of competing favorably among the big guns in the KPL.
Earlier on Tuesday, Wazito confirmed the signing of striker Elvis Rupia from Zambian side Power Dynamo FC.
Apart from Rupia, Sibomana and Nizigiyimana, Wazito have also signed Derrick Otanga, Joshua Otieno and Kelvin Omondi from Sony Sugar FC, Pistone Mutamba from Sofapaka, Gad Mathews from Kariobangi Sharks, Bernard Ochieng from Vihiga United and Kenya U17 keeper Bixente Otieno.
