Premier League champions Liverpool are considering making a formal move to sign Ismaila Sarr this summer, and are prioritizing him over their other transfer target , Wolves winger Adama Traore – reports Sunday Express.

The Watford forward has called Liverpool a “great team” amid increasing speculation about his future. Watford are willing to sell Sarr this summer but want more than £40m for the 22-year-old forward. Sarr is also said to be on Man Utd’s radar.

Meanwhile, Thiago Alcantara is “waiting for Liverpool’s call” over a move to Anfield, although no bid has been made yet, reports The Athletic.

Thiago is available for about £30m and keen on a move. The Reds would however need to move other midfielders on first .
