Mohamed Salah fires a warning shot as Real Madrid set up a Champions League final against Liverpool.

Salah has reacted to Real Madrid’s shock qualification to the UEFA Champions League final. Real Madrid put in a scintillating display to knockout Manchester City in a thrilling match at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Man City were pretty comfortable the entire game and with Riyad Mahrez further extending their lead, many expected an-all English affair in the final. But Carlo Ancelotti’s Madrid had other ideas.

The Los Blancos have now set a date with Liverpool in the final. Salah took to Instagram immediately after the match and said.

“We have a score to settle.”

The final will be a repeat of the 2018 final where Real Madrid bettered Liverpool to win their 13th title. The game etched in Salah’s memory as he had to be withdrawn in the first half after picking up a shoulder injury.

The Egyptian collided with the then Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos and failed to shake off the injury. Madrid would go on to win 3-1.

And after booking a ticket of their own, Salah was straightforward in his post-match interview saying that he would like to meet Real Madrid. The former AS Roma man has reiterated his desire to revenge in his Instagram message.
