Former Gor Mahia striker Jacques Tusiyenge has finally broke his silence after completing his move from the Kenyan Premier League Champions to Angolan top tier side Petro Atletico.

The Rwandese international quit Gor in June after three and half years with the Hassan Oktay coached side.

His move to the Angolan side fetched K’Ogalo a whopping 15 million shillings. On July 18th, he was officially unveiled after landing in Angola from Rwanda.

Tuyisenge scored 64 goals in 129 appearances for Gor Mahia since joining the side from Rwandan Premier League club Police FC in January 2016.

The 27-year-old has now expressed his gratitude to the great Kogallo family.

He has also appreciated K’Ogalo fans for their continued support and asked them to pray for him as he embarks on his new assignment.

“Let me grab this chance to express my gratitude to the big Gor Mahia family for the 3 and a half years we have been together. Most especially the Gor mahia fans, and as well kindly request you to pray for me to be successful in my new journey,” Said Tuyisenge in a Tweet.

Fans, who could not forget his contributions to the club were also quick to wish him all the best in his next assignment. K’Ogalo believes that Tusiyenge will claim a rightful place among the best in his new club.
