The Red Devils return to action this weekend in the Premier League against well organised Aston Villa at Villa Park.

Manchester United interim boss Ralf Rangnick has loomed some hopes for United fans at the centre-back as captain Harry Maguire and Phil Jones are fit to face Aston Villa which United luckily bundled out of the FA Cup on Monday, courtesy of Scott McTominay’s 38th minute header.

The German tactician revealed that Harry Maguire and Phil Jones are fit, and good possibilities for the weekend packed fixture, but not a 100 per cent guarantee.

“Hopefully for the away game at Villa on Saturday we will also have a few players available including Harry Maguire in the centre-back position. That will give us more options,” Rangnick told the club’s media.

“Phil Jones will also hopefully be fit again on Saturday,” he added.

Meanwhile, Manchester United must expect real war at Villa Park as Steven Gerrard will be looking for the FA Cup revenge and new signing Philippe Coutinho likely to make his debut.
