Tottenham Hotspurs are finalizing a swap deal with Sevilla that will see them sign winger Bryan Gil. Erik Lamela is set to go the other way as part of the deal that will see Sevilla pocket an additional €25 million plus add-ons as part of the deal.
Lamela joined Spurs in 2011 from AS Roma for a reported fee of £25.8 million. He won the Premier goal of the season for his outstanding ‘Rabona’ against cross-town rivals Arsenal. His time in North London has been plagued by injuries.
Bryan Gil, a graduate from Sevilla B made his senior debut in 2019 and is touted to be one of the best prospects in Spain. He is set to be the first signing of the Nuno Espirito Santo era.
