English Premier League side Tottenham Hotspurs have confirmed signing of Tanguy Ndombele from Olympique Lyonnais.
The France international central midfielder has signed a contract with the Club until 2025.
Ndombele’s six-year deal with Tottenham Hotspur is a club-record deal that will be seen as a major statement of intent by last season’s Champions League finalists.
Spurs have agreed an initial fee of around £55 million with Lyon, who could receive another £9m in add-ons. The deal comfortably surpasses the £42m that Tottenham paid Ajax for Davinson Sanchez in 2017.
Tottenham also confirmed the capture of Leeds United Winger Jack Clarke who was immediately loaned back to Leeds after the clubs agreed a fee of around £10 million.
Tottenham remain interested in Fulham teenager Ryan Sessegnon, who is keen to work under Pochettino.
